Celebration of Deaf Culture in Ukraine
Join us virtually as we celebrate International Week of the Deaf with Ukraine. This
will be a live session explaining the history and progress of the Deaf Culture, Education
and Sign Language in Ukraine. Presentations will be given by Ukrainian Deaf students,
as well as an open forum to discuss comparisons in the US and Ukrainian Deaf Communities
and Signed Languages. This will be an exciting look at a community who is making great
strides towards inclusiveness in their greater Ukrainian culture.
