- Split Squat Jump Thrusts – 10 Reps
- Reverse Lunge w/ Knee Drive (Each Leg) – 10 Reps
- Pushups – 10 Reps
- Mountain Climbers (Each Leg) – 10 Reps
- 30 Second Plank
Core Workout - 5 Minute AMRAP
- 20 Russian Twists
- 20 Seated Knee Tucks
- 10 Leg Lifts
Upper Body Circuit - 4 Rounds
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Plank Rotations
- 10 Shoulder Taps
- 10 Supermans
