SF Leadership Team to Hold Town Hall Meeting July 29

July 21, 2020

July 21, 2020 – Santa Fe College President Paul Broadie II, Ph.D., and the SF vice presidents will hold a college-wide town hall meeting Wednesday, July 29, starting at 2:30 p.m. The town hall, which will be held via Zoom, will cover safety protocols, projection for on-site student instruction for the fall term, procedures in the event of a COVID-19 exposure on SF property or general spikes in cases within the SF service district and other topics of concern to the college community. The town hall follows up on the college's five-level plan for returning to onsite operations at the Northwest Campus and all SF centers.

In addition to procedural issues at the college, the town hall will also include Alachua County Health Department Administrator Paul Myers, who will provide additional insight on how the county is planning on addressing public health concerns as schools open up in the fall.

Much like the budget presentation in June, the town hall presentation will be immediately followed by a Q&A session. Questions can be emailed to SF Communications Manager Jay Anderson at jay.anderson@sfcollege.edu.

Anyone who is not able to watch the town hall presentation and Q&A session will be able to access a recording of the event as soon as an accessible captioned version is available. The captioned recording and answers to the Q&A session will be published in the newSFeed.
