Finals Week, Summer/Fall Registration and Aid for Students in Need

April 25, 2020

April 25, 2020 - Santa Fe College administration, faculty and staff remain in awe of SF students' ability to continue to succeed despite the changes to online-only instruction brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. As we enter finals week, we encourage all students to continue to persevere and finish strong!

As a reminder, for students who need reliable Wi-Fi access, the parking lot by the library on the Northwest Campus, as well as parking lots at the Andrews, Blount, Davis, Perry and Watson Centers all have Wi-Fi for students with a valid SFID (use your SFID to connect to the "SF College" network).

Students experiencing financial difficulties because of COVID-19 can apply for the college's COVID-19 Emergency Aid Grant. For students who do not qualify for that grant, there are other grant options available at sfcollege.edu/student-affairs/emergency-aid/index.

Registration is open for summer and fall courses, and students who owe $200 or less to the college (parking fines, overdue library resources, etc.) are having the temporary registration stops lifted so they can continue their education.

Students who are scheduled to graduate – although there will be no ceremonies scheduled for the coming week, at this point, the college is planning on holding Spring 2020 Commencement August 13-14, 2020, pending approval on crowd sizes by the Centers for Disease Control.

Thank you for your hard work, and stay safe, Saints!
