April 16, 2020

April 16, 2020 – Santa Fe College President Paul Broadie II, Ph.D., released his weekly address to the college community Thursday. The president delivered his message in the newly renovated Lyceum (formerly known as the E-Auditorium) and offered condolences and a moment of silence for the lives lost because of COVID-19.

He discussed opportunities in workforce development and the need for technology improvements to benefit students. Dr. Broadie also offered his vision for moving the college forward both while providing services remotely and for when we return to the Northwest Campus and the SF centers. The president wrapped up his weekly address by issuing his high fives.

The president has been meeting with the VPs regularly to discuss the balance between providing quality educational opportunities for students while still protecting the health and wellbeing of the college community.
