Santa Fe College Hosting STEM Summer Camp at Perry Center in Alachua

May 16, 2018 – Santa Fe College will be holding a STEM Summer Camp June 25 – 29, 2018 at the college's Perry Center for Emerging Technologies in Alachua.

The "Earth, Wind, Fire, Water" camp, is offered to students who will be heading into ninth grade in the fall in Alachua and Bradford counties. Students in the camp will create 3D printed objects, build and launch rockets, solve crimes with the latest DNA technology, visit the SF Teaching Zoo and the SF Kika Silva Pla Planetarium. There will also be a field trip to explore the natural habitats and wildlife of Seahorse Key during the week-long camp.

The applications are due by Friday, May 25. Students selected for the STEM Summer Camp will be notified by Friday, June 8.
