April 6, 2018

April 6, 2018 – The last day for Santa Fe College employees to get their annual health risk assessment biometric screenings is today. Screenings will be held in Building R, Room 01 on the Northwest Campus until about 12:30 p.m. There will be afternoon sessions at the Blount Center. Participation is limited to full-time employees who are in enrolled in one of SF's group Florida Blue health care plans. All participants will receive a voucher for a FREE Subway lunch and will be entered into a drawing to win additional door prizes. All participants who go through the screening process will be registered to win a bicycle.

If you have already scheduled an appointment through the pickatime.com website, you should be receiving email reminders about your appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome, but SF employees with scheduled appointments will take priority. You will have your blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels tested and be able to discuss your results with a health care advisor.
