NJCAA Region 8 Softball Player of the Week

Shailynn Morales, Santa Fe College Sophomore – 1B, Wesley Chapel, Florida

• Batted .692 (9-for-13) with three runs scored, two doubles, one home runs and seven RBIs in four games during the voting period
• Led the SF Saints to three wins in four Mid-Florida Conference games last week
• Hit safely in all four games, including three multi-hit games (two three-hit games)
• Was 3-for-3 in game one vs. St. Johns River State
• Went a combined 5-for-6 with three runs scored, a home run and seven RBIs (five in game two) in a doubleheader vs. Lake-Sumter State
