October 16, 2003 – Al Watson was honored on his 89th Birthday, Keystone philanthropist donated $2.4 million to build campus in Keystone Heights.
October 16, 2005 – Starke Fall festival was just one part of Santa Fe College Campus presence there; the college’s festival marked the 20th year in Starke.
October 17, 1997 – $1.4 million program got under way to find jobs for welfare recipients under way at Santa Fe College.
October 19, 1976 – Vietnam Vets enrolled under Santa Fe GI bill.
October 20, 1992 – General Motors gave Santa Fe College a pickup truck for classroom training.
October 20, 2005 – Santa Fe College received $1.1 million federal job training grant.
