TIMES TALK Today, October 12 at 1 p.m.

October 12, 2016

ALL ARE WELCOME to our "Times Talk" TODAY, October 12 at 1 p.m. in the lobby of the Lawrence W. Tyree Library

What are Times Talks?

Times Talks are open conversations about important and controversial issues in the news, and are part of Santa Fe's efforts to promote greater civic engagement on campus. They are an opportunity for students, faculty members, and other members of the college community to sit as equals and exchange views on important issues in a casual, informal, and civil environment. Times Talks are moderated each time by a volunteer faculty or student facilitator. These events provide a wonderful opportunity to participate in the sort of vigorous and engaging discussion of important issues that is needed in a democracy.
