Police Department Officer Mike Fannin teaches CPTED

Police Officer Mike Fannin and Chief Ed Book attended the annual Florida Design Out Crime Association (www.fldoca.com) seminar recently. Officer Fannin spoke about "crime prevention in higher education" in Orlando to about 20 crime prevention experts from around the State. Officer Fannin is a crime prevention through environmental design practitioner (CPTED), a designation awarded by the Florida Attorney General's Office.
