Global Photography Competition submissions due Nov. 6

The Santa Fe College Student Life Art Gallery, International Education, Digital Media Technology Department, Santa Fe Library, and Multicultural Student Center invite students, faculty, staff and alumni to enter the third Santa Fe College International Photography Competition and help bring to our campus a rich visual sample of our college's global culture.
There are two categories and each entrant may submit up to two photographs in only one chosen category. The categories are:
1) Study Abroad Students and SF International Students: Open to all current Santa Fe College students taking part in a Santa Fe College Study Abroad program or traveling abroad between November 2014 and August 2015. Photographs must have been taken abroad.
2) Faculty, Staff and Alumni: Open to all current or retired Santa Fe College faculty and staff, as well as SF alumni. Photographs must have been taken abroad in between November 2014 and August 2015.
All photographs must be taken abroad. There will be prizes for first, second and third place winners in each category, as well as a Student's Choice Award. All photographs accepted for the exhibit will become the property of the Student Life Art Gallery, with appropriate acknowledgment of the photographers.
Rules: Choose only one appropriate category to enter. All photographs must have been taken November 2014 and August 2015. You may submit prints OR a CD/DVD with digital files. See specification below.
Digital files (preferred submission type). Submit no more than two digital files; each file constitutes a single entry. All files should be sized or scanned at a 200 dpi resolution; the largest dimensions acceptable will be 11 x 17. All files must be saved in JPG format. Disks will not be returned. Winners, when notified, must be willing to provide largest size possible digital files for exhibition.
