Get Rid of Stress April 3

A meditation workshop will be offered on Friday, April 3, from 1 - 2:30 p.m. in room Y-239 on the second floor of the library. Meditation has been shown to eliminate the effects of stress, promote calm, and support health. It has also been shown to help increase exam scores for college students. The workshop will be taught by Pat Breslin, Associate Professor of Speech and Rhetoric.

Instructors are requested to not send students to this workshop to earn class credit. Students who wish to learn meditation for their own personal benefit are more than welcome to attend.
