Students will get better service with Lineapple

The Santa Fe College Financial Aid Office will soon begin using Lineapple, a wait intelligence system which offers a mobile application that helps manage lines and wait times. We decided to purchase this software to address a current issue with student wait times and to further the college's strategic plan.

Based on our assessment of its capabilities, with Lineapple we can reduce student wait times, reduce overcrowding wait areas, reduce customer complaints and employee frustration, and improve data and analysis for student visits to drive operational and service improvement. We also hope to increase student engagement, perception and satisfaction with Lineapple.
