Alter Eagles perform at Bradford Fest May 17
May 1, 2014
The Eagles were one of the most successful and well-known bands of the 1970s. Forty years later, their hits live on through the musical expertise of the Alter Eagles.
The Alter Eagles, billed as the definitive Eagles tribute band, will perform live, Saturday, May 17 at 7 p.m. in the Bradford High School auditorium, 581 N. Temple Ave., Starke. The Bradford High School auditorium recently installed a new $40,000 sound system, allowing the subtle complexities of instruments and vocals of the Alter Eagles to shine.
Tickets are $10 for general admission and $15 for V.I.P. seating. Tickets can be purchased at The SF Andrews Center and the North Florida Chamber of Commerce.
The Alter Eagles played to a sold-out audience in Lake City last summer and will again play all of the Eagles classics, as well as songs from the newer albums and solo careers.
The performance is co-sponsored by Santa Fe College, Quality Design and Quality Plumbing, Bradford County Tourism Development, Santa Fe College Foundation, and State of Florida Cultural Affairs grant. For more information, call 904-964-5382.
