Situational leadership seminar Friday, March 14

March 11, 2014

The professional development session on situational leadership is Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. in S-29/30.

Situational leadership is based on the concept that there is no one "best" leadership style, but rather the idea that effective leadership depends on the task at hand or project in question, and the most successful leaders adapt their style to the readiness of their group or individuals whom they are leading towards the accomplishment of the task or project.

Dr. Bruce Tucker will lead this workshop, and it promises to be a good one!

The third and final session in the Leadership Series this spring will Motivating Yourself  and Your Team on Friday, April 11 (*note the date change*), at 2 p.m. in S-29/30.
