Paula DeSutter, former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Verification, Compliance and Implementation, will address current arms control and nonproliferation policies, including those related to Syria and Iran, at the Hilton University Conference Center on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 5:30-7 p.m.
