Safe Santa Fe Traffic Enforcement

July 30, 2013

As a reminder, the Santa Fe College Police Department enforces traffic, parking and other rules year-round in an effort to increase safety.

The most common traffic violations being cited for are hazardous types such as

  • stop sign violations
  • turning left where signs prohibit (such as by the main entrance and exit to the Northwest Campus on 83rd St.
  • red light violations and failure to yield the right of way to pedestrians

Always have your driver's license and proof of registration and insurance with you. Make sure all car equipment like headlights, brake lights and taillights are working.

Common parking violations include parking in restricted (blue line) areas without proper parking passes.

Help keep SF safe by driving like you would want others to drive.
