"Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman and the Meaning of Justice"
Students interested in sharing thoughts and feelings regarding the recent ruling in the State of Florida vs. George Zimmerman case are invited to a roundtable discussion Thursday, July 18, 2:30 p.m., in S29 on the Santa Fe College Northwest Campus. Facilitated by Dr. David Price, professor of political science and interim director of student life, and Caronne Rush, adjunct professor of sociology and director of Pathways to Persistence Scholars program, the discussion welcomes participation by students from all perspectives. In preparation for the event, banners have been placed throughout campus (buildings A, B, K, L, P and S) and will be available at the event for open, respectful expression.
