Learn How to Prepare Healthy Meals with Local Food

Would you like to take a fun cooking class and  learn how to prepare healthy, fast, inexpensive weekday meals using local food.

Sustainable Santa Fe has teamed up with Blue Oven Kitchens to offer a one-night class on either Friday, May 17 or Friday, May 31. The two-hour class (6 - 8 p.m.) will be held at Blue Oven Kitchens' South Main Street location.  Blue Oven Kitchens Inc. is a not-for-profit kitchen incubator serving North Central Florida.

The cost to participate is $10 per person - if we have 25 people sign up. If interested, please contact Committee Chair  Barbara Little Harsh with your preference of date.
