Plus 50 Students Healthcare Career Opportunities Tour March 21

The Healthcare Career Opportunities Tour for Plus 50 Students is scheduled for 6-7 p.m. Thursday, March 21 in the Building W lobby. The tour is designed to show older, nontraditional prospective students the possibilities for training that leads to highly employable healthcare professions with robust salaries and excellent opportunities for career advancement.
Participants will tour the state-of-the-art Health Sciences training facility and get a bird's eye view of sophisticated medical diagnostic equipment, advanced operating room instruments and procedures, and life saving healthcare devices. A program advisor will be on hand to discuss the successful academic path to each training program, including Cardiovascular Technology, Dental Programs (Dental Hygiene/Assisting), Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Nursing Programs (RN, BSN, LPN, Assistive), Radiography, Respiratory Care and Surgical Technology.
