Offering Comprehensive Student Services Online
Oct. 23, 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. in P266
Since students increasingly expect to meet their educational needs without ever having
to step on campus, college staff are under increasing pressure to provide instantaneous
assistance and access, across a broad realm of college services. Higher education
administrators face a difficult charge: find ways to engage students more than ever
before, with diminishing resources.
In this webinar we will explore SinclairOnline's response to higher education's continued need to "do more with less." Centering on a holistic approach to engage online students:
· the process for identifying and prioritizing student need,
· the fundamentals for streamlining e-services, and
· how to develop communication strategies for online students with limited staff and resources.
