The Health Services Administration Student Association (HSASA) would like to invite SF students and Faculty to attend a guest speaking event. We would like to welcome Dr. Chad Hood, MD, Gainesville physician. Dr. Hood will be guest speaking on the merits of a single-payer healthcare system.

Over 50 million Americans are without health insurance and millions more go without care because they can't afford it. Dr. Hood, MD will discuss problems with our current healthcare system, explore why costs are twice as much as other countries without us being healthier and explain how a single-payer national healthcare system would cover all Americans and still save money.
