Fulbright Scholar Program is Now Open; Webinar Offered Feb. 29

The Fulbright Scholar Program will grant teaching and research awards in over 125 countries for the 2013-2014 academic year. Opportunities are available for college and university faculty and administrators, professionals, artists, journalists, scientists, lawyers, independent scholars and many others. There are awards in 45 specific academic disciplines and 167 awards open to all disciplines. The application deadline for most awards is Aug. 1, 2012. U.S. citizenship is required. An informational webinar on Fulbright Scholar Grants is scheduled for 2 – 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29 in B-217. "Applying for Fulbright" is a discussion of the various parts of the Fulbright application for the Core Competition for 2013-2014.
