Nominate a Student (Or Yourself!) for Campus Compact’s Excellence in Service Award

December 14, 2011

A message from Jessa Carpenter in SF’s Office of Civic Engagement and Service:

Campus Compact is a national service organization. The SF Office of Civic Engagement is looking for nominations for their Excellence in Service Award.

This is self-nominated, but the applicant does need two recommendation letters. Applicants must be currently enrolled, full-time college students who have participated in community service activities.

These activities could include those that benefit our campus and our community, those that address social, political, or economic issues, or those that demonstrate leadership for social change or civic engagement.

Applications are due Jan. 9. Here is the link with the application questions.

Please let me know if you are interested in applying. I’d be happy to sit down and help you with your application and I would like to keep track of those Santa Fe Students who do apply.

For more information, please email Jessa Carpenter.
