SAINTS CRUISE PAST GATOR BALL 17-1

Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints (10-0) pounded out 22 hits on Wednesday afternoon, led by a 3-for-3, two HR performance by sophomore outfielder Trey Griffin in a 17-1 victory over Gatorball Academy.

Lawrence Pardo also had a good day at the plate, finishing 4-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Shane Kennedy, Graham Ramos and Kai Simmons each added two hits.

Nine different Saints pitchers combined on a five hitters and struck out 12 batters.

SF hit .500 on the day, going 22-for-44 with six doubles, a triple and two homeruns. The victory moved their record to 10-0 in the fall season.
