Resume Enhancer: Free Class Resulting in Construction Credential, June 25-26

The Employ Florida Banner Center for Construction is offering a free course to the general public to enhance job seekers' résumés. (Flyer – PDF) In these tough economic times, employers are looking for the most qualified personnel they can find. Every credential helps.
The OSHA 10 Construction is a nationally recognized credential. The class is offered for free, June 25 and 26, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at the Center for Innovation and Economic Development (CIED). A $35 reservation deposit is required and refunded upon the successful completion of the course. It is open to all Florida residents ages 18 and up with a valid, government-issued ID and a valid social security number.

- Material handling
- Hand tools and power tools
- Scaffolds
- Stairways and ladders
- Excavations
- Electrical
- Personal protective equipment
- Fall protection
- Cranes
