Free Group Exercise Classes

Classes begin Monday, Feb. 7
Attention all faculty and staff! Starting Monday, Feb. 7 in S-029 from 4:45-5:30 p.m., personal trainers Jessica and Jonathan will be leading group exercise classes every Monday and Wednesday. The classes will feature 40 to 45 minutes of core and aerobic-style exercise. For more information, contact Marshall Blair at the SF Fitness Center.
