P Building Floor Tiles to be Replaced
January 6, 2011
A message from Dr. David Yonutas:
Over the winter break, a flooring contractor began the process of replacing the floor tiles in P Building that had detached from the subfloor. As they removed tiles, they discovered that the problem was more pervasive than was initially thought. As a result, the work was not completed over the break and significant portions of the floor now are without tile. We should receive the replacement tiles within three to four weeks – at that time, the contractor will begin installing attractive, durable carpet tile. Please bear with us until the work is completed and ask your students to be extra careful when walking in P Building. Thanks!
