Gainesville, FL – Santa Fe College point guard Lanita Bartley has been named the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I “National Player of the Week” and the Florida Community College Activities Association “State Player of the Week” for her efforts during the week of December 28 – January 3.
For the week, Bartley scored in double figures all four games, averaging 16.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and five assists per game.

Bartley followed up her triple double with a double double on January 3 against South Georgia Tech, scoring 17 points to go with 10 rebounds.
Earlier in the week during the Best Western Gateway Grand Shootout, she scored 10 points against NJCAA #7 Pensacola JC on December 29 and 17 points against NJCAA #1 Gulf Coast College on December 30.
