1095-C Forms Now Available in Workday

Employees can now access their 2024 tax year 1095-C forms in Workday. To find the form, they can type “My ACA Forms” in the Workday search bar. Another option is to navigate to the “Benefits and Pay” app under the Menu tab in the top left corner of the screen, expand the Benefits section, and select ACA forms.
If the “Benefits and Pay” app is not already saved, employees can add it by selecting “Add Apps” at the bottom left of the Menu screen.
For those who prefer a paper copy, Workday will mail 1095-C forms to the address on file by Friday, February 28, 2025.
