Multi-factor Authentication
Overview
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all SF accounts to access SSO-connected apps and services. Once enabled, employees will be asked to provide a second form of authentication to access SSO-connected apps and services. Implementing MFA will enhance our account and data security.
To set up your authentication, visit mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info. ITS recommends setting up at least two methods. The most popular methods are using
the Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App, text through your cell phone or a voice call to your office or cell phone.
