Multi-factor Authentication
Overview
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)(Opens in new window) is required for all SF accounts to access SSO-connected apps and services. Once enabled, employees will be asked to provide a second form of authentication to access SSO-connected apps and services. Implementing MFA will enhance our account and data security.
To set up your authentication, visit mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info(Opens in new window). ITS recommends setting up at least two methods. The most popular methods are using
the Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App(Opens in new window), text through your cell phone or a voice call to your office or cell phone.
