Installing Office 2016 from Office 365 (webmail)

Your Santa Fe College Office 365 account allows you to install Office 2016 on up to five devices.

Once your account has been marked as inactive (i.e. you are no longer a student or employee), you will not be able to use the Office 2016 installations associated with your Santa Fe College account.

Instructions

  1. Login to Office 365.
  2. Click on the App Launcher icon top-left of the page.
  3. Click on the Office 365 link top-right of the App Launcher menu (this will pop-up a new window or tab in your web browser).
  4. Click on the "Install Office" menu on the right side of the page.
  5. Select "Office 365 apps" from the menu options.
  6. You will either be prompted to download an installation file, or your browser will automatically download it. Run the installation file after the download is complete.
  7. Follow through the installation process and select the options you want the installer to perform.
