Please take time to review specific details, information, and requirements for each scholarship.

If You Are Awarded A Scholarship

  1. Thank you letters must be received in the Foundation office by the date stated in the award email. If not, scholarships will be forfeited and awarded to another student.

  2. Once Thank you letter is reviewed and accepted by the Foundation the award will be posted to the student's financial aid screen.
  3. Must enroll in the next term following the scholarship award. Terms must be consecutive, Fall/Spring. If not, scholarships will be forfeited and awarded to another student.

  4. Fees are automatically deducted from an award when a student registers for classes. Any balance owed must be paid at the cashier's window, RAB-52, by the published deadline; otherwise the courses will be dropped. If there is a balance remaining after fees are deducted, students will receive a refund delivered via the method chosen through the BankMobile Refund Selection Kit.

  5. Students will be monitored for a cumulative minimum required GPA and completed credit/hours at the end of every term, along additional scholarship requirements. Satisfactory academic progress is required for the award to remain intact for the next term. Students who do not successfully complete the funded term may be eligible for warning; student will be notified via email at the end of the term.

  6. Students who complete zero credits/hours will be denied further aid.

  7. A student who is selected for a scholarship and will not meet the required enrollment status for any term covered by the award must contact the Foundation office by the first day of classes for the term awarded.
