Overview
Some donors require additional documentation, such as transcripts, verification of enrollment, fee invoices, etc., before sending a scholarship check to Santa Fe College. Refer to the following information for obtaining requested documentation.
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts must be provided to the scholarship donor by the student, not Student Financial Services. Students may obtain transcripts online via eSantaFe.
Enrollment Verification
See the Registrar website for instructions on obtaining verification of enrollment.
Tuition/Fee Invoice
We recommend students print and send donors their schedule and/or enrollment verification to confirm enrollment, class hours, etc. Schedules can be found at eSantafe: select My Classes, then My Schedule.
Other Forms
If the scholarship donor has their own form to be completed by a Student Financial Services Representative, they may send it to student.accounts@sfcollege.edu or by fax at (352) 381-7020.
