New to the College? You can learn more about resources that will help you succeed in our booklet, We're Here to Help: A Guide to Student Services.
Can’t make it to campus? The Remote Student Services page can be a helpful resource for finding updated contact information and instructions for scheduling appointments with different offices. Be sure to use your free SF Zoom account for classes and appointments.
What We Do
The Office of the Registrar maintains the permanent academic records of all students. Specifically, we coordinate activities including course registration, maintenance and protection of academic records, appeals, college transcript evaluation, petitions, official transcript requests, and certification of students for continued enrollment and graduation.
We support the mission of the college by assisting students in their navigation of federal, state, and college rules; policies; and procedures.
We maintain a comprehensive database of student academic and demographic information. We also certify student enrollment and academic eligibility to various agencies including the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the National Student Clearinghouse, and provide alumni verification of degrees awarded.
