A United Way Message From Dr. Sasser
October 12, 2018
October 12, 2018 – Santa Fe College President Jackson Sasser released a message to SF employees about the current United Way fundraiser.
Dear Santa Fe College Family:
Santa Fe College and United Way share a common mission – to serve, to educate and to build healthy communities.
More simply, we are attached in our willingness to help people.
Because we are united, we respond favorably to the annual United Way campaign. It's a shared opportunity to lend a hand to our friends and neighbors. United Way provides services and programs that improve the lives of our most vulnerable citizens.
United Way programs touch everyone in our community in a positive way. We all benefit when every child who enters school graduates, people have good jobs to support themselves, and families are strong and prosperous.
United Way works well because it thoughtfully and deliberately applies the resources we give it. Its services and compassion are due to your goodwill and generosity.
If you are positively predisposed, please remember your fellow citizens by supporting this worthy cause. The United Way is the only external charity for which we allow payroll deduction.
