What We Do

As a team, we support the College, its District Board of Trustees, and the entire SF community by providing legal services in the areas of contractual administration and compliance, employment law, public records and the Florida Sunshine law, educational rights and privacy, Constitutional law issues, real property and construction law, high level policy concerns, and other higher education and legal compliance matters. The General Counsel manages the activities of outside counsel who may be retained to assist with matters requiring specialized expertise. Please note that we do not offer legal advice or representation to students, employees, or other College personnel in personal, non-College related business. Our goal is for our professionalism and dedication to the College’s tradition of excellence to serve the greater SF community at large.
