Santa Fe College is committed to remain actively involved in the Howard Bishop Community School and the Keystone Heights Jr/Sr Community Partnership School to provide leadership and support services.
Professional Development
We are preparing to launch Black Minds Matter, a course originated by Dr. Luke Wood and his team at San Diego State University and adapted by SF's Office of Access and Inclusion for the college community.
These asynchronous online courses provide learners with actionable insights and practical skills to help recognize and stop bias and prejudice, respond to microaggressions, and to focus on impact over intent.
Racial Equity Institute Workshops
SF offers workshops that develop the capacity of participants to understand racism in its institutional and structural forms.

Santa Fe College launched the NACCC in February of 2019. 2019 Results can be viewed in this report.
SF launched the ViewFinder Survey of campus diversity staff in fall of 2020.
