Basic Troubleshooting For Document Locator

How to bring an offline repository back online

1. Launch the Document Locator program by double-clicking the icon on your Desktop
2. If the repository is offline, right-click on it and select "Reconnect Repository"

   If repository does not come back online, reboot PC and check repository again

3. Right-click the icon mentioned in Step 1, and select "Launch My DL"
4. You can check to make sure the repository is connected by clicking on the "gear" icon top-right of the window

If repository does not come back online, reboot PC and check repository again

Search results aren't being displayed

1. When searching in Document Locator, the search results may not display automatically
2. Click on "SFCollege" to expand the search results for that repository
